INSURANCE AGREEMENT

do acknowledge that if any damages occur to the A-1 Van & Truck Rental Van during my rental term, I will have a Police Report made. I acknowledge that the RCP Insurance I purchased for this rental will not cover any damages if there is no Police Report made. A POLICE REPORT MUST BE DONE.

In the event of an accident, RCP will cover up to $20,000.00 in damages done to the A-1 Van & Truck Rental Van only. Any other property damage or bodily injury is covered under my personal Liability Insurance. If, for some reason, the damages exceed the amount of $20,000.00 to the A-1 Van & Truck Rental Van, I agree to submit the remaining balance to my personal insurance for coverage of the remaining balance.

If for some reason my personal insurance doesn't cover the remaining balance, I agree to pay the remaining balance out of pocket if my personal insurance doesn't cover it.
